Self-Installation Streamer Fringe Rentals

How it works

Book. Pick up. Install. Party. Return.

Fill out our website contact form to discuss what you'd like to rent for your event. After you book, our team will prepare the banners in desired lengths and pack them up for easy transport. You'll pick up the streamers from our studio in Round Rock, Texas at a designated time, install them at your event, and party hard! After the event, you'll safely remove them from the venue and return them to our studio.

Up to ten panels may be rented by individuals, and more than ten may be rented by vendors who can provide a COI with us listed as additionally insured.

Why self install?

For individuals:

Installing yourself not only saves the cost of delivery and installation by Pop & Drop, but it allows you to be creative and install streamers to match your exact vision.

For decor companies:

Many decor vendors are looking to add streamer services to their designs, and doing a self installation rental from Pop & Drop means eliminating the hassle of making the streamers yourself. It gives you immediate access to our inventory of streamers without spending thousands of dollars and tons of hours for research and development, fabrication labor and event prep, or dealing with storage and upkeep. Not to mention, you are able to profit from your first rental by charging your client for installation.

Things that self-installation rentals DO include:

  • A basic review of your space by our team to ensure streamers can be safely installed.

  • All pre-event prep, including assembling banners in preferred lengths and storing in transport bags, ready to install.

  • Includes single-color banner arrangements. Additional costs for color blocking (multiple colors on one banner) as it requires more preparation time.

  • A prearranged pickup time slot at our studio in Round Rock, Texas.

  • 48 hour rental period from pickup time to return time. Additional time is $5 per panel per 24-hour period.

$10 per foot regular colors & $12 per foot Chrome colors

Things that self-installation rentals DO NOT include:

  • Professional set up, delivery or tear down by our team.

  • Extensive training or consultations on installation techniques.

  • Installation materials such as fishing line and zip ties.

FAQs

  • We are as optimistic as possible when it comes to self installs, however if we determine the integrity of the streamers are at risk for a self installation, installation by our team will be required.

    • We require a valid credit or debit card to be put on file for all rentals by individuals in the event streamers or lost or damaged.

    • If you hired another vendor to install for you, they will be responsible for damages through their insurance policy if damages were a result of negligence during set up or tear down. If damages are due to something you, your guests or anyone else did, the vendor you hired may seek compensation for damages from you according to their contract with you regarding installation and tear down services.

    • A full replacement of a panel is $50 to $60.

  • In this case there are two options:

    • A willing vendor that is installing can purchase a single-day policy.

    • You hire Pop & Drop for delivery, installation and tear down (we have insurance!)

  • A signed rental agreement and a 75% retainer due at signing. The remainder is due 30 days before the event.

Streamer Wall Rentals

The following streamer walls are available for self-installation rentals, stands not included. Pricing varies but starts at $300. Any non-streamer related items in the photos such as disco balls, flowers and neon signs are not included in steamer wall rentals.
