Disco Styled Wedding Photoshoot With Heavenly Day Events

We’re head over heels for this disco-inspired styled wedding photoshoot that we did with Heavenly Day Events, a great local wedding planner. They’re an awesome female-owned and run team, and we’re always in awe of their work!

This shoot took place at The Riley Building, a historic downtown Austin staple. This gorgeous heritage building turned modern event venue sits in the Warehouse District, which is steeped in Austin’s LGBTQIA+ history.

We think our pastel streamers look perfect hanging over the dance floor on the rooftop pavilion with that downtown view as a backdrop! Along with the streamers, we created a gorgeous pastel balloon garland that coordinated with the streamers, florals, and chairs. You know we love a matching moment!

The garland worked perfectly as a photo backdrop, and later it was used as decor behind the retro seating area. It’s always fun to see the versatile ways that garlands can be put to use at events!

It was amazing to get to work with Eryn Chandler Photography. She specializes in shooting fun and enthusiastic couples, so this shoot was right up her alley. We also have to shout out Moon Flora Studio for the gorgeous bouquets. Last but not least, can we take a moment for the rocker-glam wedding dresses from Melange Bridal?!

Our jaws hit the floor every time we look at these photos, and we’re so grateful we got to be a part of this breathtaking photoshoot! If you want us to be part of your event or styled shoot, contact us here.
